You're helpless to do anything about your fertility and your baby's future.
Because there are no concrete steps and answers out there is it even possible to have an influence on this? If you go to your GP and ask, they will say no because they aren’t in the business of prevention, they are in the business of helping already sick people. I’m just a small-town girl (literally, there are only 400 people in the town!) in rural Western Australia living on my family farm with my husband Steve and two daughters.
After growing up with a sibling with a lifelong autoimmune condition that was diagnosed before his 2nd birthday, I knew that I wanted to do everything I could to make sure my babies were as healthy as possible.
The problem was I didn’t know anything about preconception health until I started to do some research into prenatals when we decided to start trying to conceive.
Well, I accidentally uncovered some mind-blowing information that would change the course of my life!
Instead of trying to conceive when we did, we spent the next 2 years preparing our health for pregnancy, reversing our own chronic conditions, as well as getting married, travelling on our honeymoon and becoming a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach along the way.
After a miscarriage, more research and preparing, a healthy baby, more research, more preparing and a second healthy baby I have created a system for myself to follow (yes, we have started preparing for baby #3!) and I’ve made it my lives work to share it with you too!

Yes! Preparing for pregnancy is SO important for any pregnancy, whether this is your first, second or sixth. Preparing for your next child can be different and the focus will be different than if it was your first child - but we go through this inside the course.
This course is designed for women BUT all of the strategies in the course will also apply to men's health and fertility - except for the cycle tracking and hormone information of course!
I. do encourage you to do the course with your partner as much as possible and encourage them to do the same lifestyle changes along side you - it takes both partners to create a healthy baby!
Honestly, we’ve all been there. Most men don’t understand how much they can affect fertility or the health of their baby. Inside the course, I go through the research into this and hopefully your partner will be open to listening. If they are then most will get on board.
If your partner is completely against changing their lifestyle, every action you take towards improving your health will have a positive effect on your fertility and your babies health and we can only control what we can control!
The best thing I’ve found is to lead by example. Showing your partner that you are committed can be a catalyst for change for him as well (just check out some of the testimonials). And lots of the lifestyle changes will affect him without him even needing to do anything (like changing your cleaning products for example).
Of course, you can! Prepared is available to purchase all the time so you can wait for when the time is right. The only thing I want to say is that the longer you give yourself to prepare for pregnancy the more you can implement. And the more you can implement, the healthy you can be and the greater chance of your baby being healthy as well. Just don't leave it too late!
Absolutely! All the steps in the course are designed to heal your body and optimise your health. I’ve had clients fall pregnant and have healthy babies naturally with endo even after being told they wouldn’t be able to.
Yes! All the principles inside the course will work no matter where you are in the world.I do give product recommendations for Australia and the USA, but many of the products I recommend are available worldwide. I also break down how to find products yourself so you will have the tools you need.
Yes! Preconception health will impact your fertility and in turn the success of your treatments. While I can’t guarantee the treatments will be successful (as no one can), I do wholeheartedly believe you will increase your chances immensely.
