Can my partner use the meal plans too?

YES! All the recipes are made for two people and are just as beneficial for your partner during the preconception period.

Are the meal plans created by a nutritionist/dietician?

YES! The recipes are created by a team of nutritionists, dieticians and recipe developers. They have been created with evidence-based research supporting key nutrients.

Are the recipes gluten and dairy free?

YES! All the recipes are gluten and dairy free and focus on nutrient density.

Do the recipes have vegetarian options?

Unfortunately, the recipes don't come with vegetarian alternatives. This is because many of the key nutrients needed to build a healthy baby are found most densely in animal products and it's very hard to get enough of them through plants alone.

How will I get access to the Preconception Meal Plans?

You will get a login with access to an members area where you can download the meal plans directly to your computer.

Is the Preconception Meal Plans available immediately?

Yes! As soon as you sign up you'll go to a page with the login details and you'll also receive an email as well.

There are 4x weekly meal plans. The meal plans include breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks each day.
